Three types of Chinese companies, MCN, Web platform, Video Production, are using the three-part translation + Home +AI method and are entering 48 per cent of the North American paid market and 14 per cent of the South-East Asian market.

East Wu Securities published an analysis of the size, supply and demand status, competition patterns and profitability prospects of the 2025 overseas short play, which is based on full data from SensorTower, DataEye, Google, etc., and is a complete model of 1.5 billion in-house purchases, 700 million in quarterly increases and 24.2 billion in long-term space.

According to Song Jia, Under-Secretary-General, China ‘ s United Nations Procurement Promotion Association, an expert from the Time Responsibility 40 Forum, the Chinese team already holds 80 per cent of the seats in the overseas drama AP, and whoever runs through indigenous chemical capacity first has the next Nai Fei class valuation.

The North American market contributed 48 per cent of the domestic purchase income, but at a cost of only $200,000, the “Roi myth” of the $35 million ticket office. ReelShort, The Divorced Billionaire Heires, validated a copyable template for “North American Women + Tictics + Highlander’s List”, a single play back 60 days of the cycle.

South-East Asia and Latin America account for 30 percent of global downloads, but only one quarter of ARPU is in North America. DramaBox used the translation drama +IAA advertising model to make the 8-10 hours of live-in advertising pool in Indonesia, Brazil and Mexico, and the IAA income share has risen to 20 per cent.

The capacity gap is the largest moat of Chinese players. There are only 20 to 30 stabilization teams in North America, and Chinese companies can shoot six in a week. After a Hollywood strike, 150,000 “backside” actors were incorporated into the “China Brain + America Enforcement” system at a single cost of $150,000.

The APP model replaces a small program to form a moat. Overseas independent APPs allow for a 50 per cent increase in user retention and free switching of the three flow channels, Meta, TikTok and Google, to avoid the single dependence of 70 per cent of the domestic budget on the tremor, with a direct cost of buying.

ReelShort and DramaBox had a 64 per cent share of the United States, and the Chinese manufacturer had eight seats in Top10. Quinlan Manway uses the Drama Wave+FreeReels double APP test to pay and free of charge, and TikTok Melolo uses algorithmic flow to reduce the impact, with an approximate final rate of “more than one strength”.

MCN: Direct from TikTok Advertising Account

The MCN in the country moved the experience of setting up live booths to the Los Angeles warehouse, completed a 100-minute stand-up on seven days, and used TikTok Ads for white women aged 30-45, CPI to $0.8 and ROI to run and to set. North America had a 20 per cent rate of implosion, with a single net gain of $1.5 million. In August, TikTok opened the United States yellow-car hanger, and MCN could distribute the perimeter with the Shopify key, and a single GMV is expected to carry another 30 per cent.

Web platform: moving 20-year-old IP library onto a mobile phone

ReelShort, under the Chinese online flag, directly filmed Chapters’ novels, saving the cost of script development, IP with a fan, and the North American female user ARPPU to $206 per year. The total number of 20,000 female speakers in the country can be followed by “translation-adaptation-local actors” in three steps, with individual adaptations costing 40 per cent more than the original province. In July, an online AI script was created at Kuala Lumpur Skyreels, breaking 10,000 novels into 80 sets of scripts for 30 minutes, with an estimated 50 per cent reduction in content costs in 2026.

Film and video company: Hollywood spare capacity arbitrage

The national video company, the Los Angeles 2nd-line studio, has been able to make half-time short-time and half-leased short-time shows from the idle studio. United States trade union actors have a daily wage of $800, 60 per cent lower than long-time actors, and 30 per cent less than the end-of-life cost by folding AI to recaps. In June, the L.A. municipality introduced a video tax credit for the New Deal, with a 20 per cent tax refund for the short play, and a single $200,000 production, which actually cost $160,000, to be filled directly by ROI.
